- This room used to be rice polishing mill; changing brown rice into white rice. Here we prepared Sake rice... Hoping our Sake would be loved for more than 100 years. You can feel the history in this hall looking at the awe inspiring high ceiling, the magnificent wooden beam and the nostalgic mud dating from the Meiji period. Love fills this hall. "Hyakunen Gura hall" is ready to receive your love and keep it alive forever.
- This room used to place to stream polished rice. It's named "first brewery" because this process is the very beginning of Sake making. This is the place to start somthing new. "Ichiban Gura" is waiting to see new family start here, and then keep its'memories for years and years.
